1. Why you need a laminator?

   Laminator is designed for protecting your photographics, business cards, ID cards, birth certificates and other important documents from broken, moisture, and creasing, stains, smudges. When you faced a damaged document or a photo of your children ,you need to pay a laminator in the office and at home.

2. How many kinds of laminators in Ceboer ?

   We have hot and cold laminator, temperature adjustable laminators and 2 or 4 rollers laminators for your choice. Ceboer pouch laminators are available with throats as small as A6 size and as large as A4 size.

3. How to choose a pouch laminator from Ceboer?

   A. First, you should know file size what you will laminate. A6 size ,A4 size or A3 size?
   B. Second, you should know the thickness of Laminating Pouches do you intend to use. Ceboer laminator use different pouches ranging between 80-125 micron.
   C. Third, The thickness of the document or photography. Ceboer pouch laminator can laminate 0.4mm thickness documents. Please make sure the thichness of be laminating before purchase.
   D. Ar last, Do you need a temperature adjustable laminator or single laminator? Or with a reverse function which can handle in case a laminating pouch gets jammed in the laminator machine?

4. How to laminate a document with ceboer pouch laminator?

   For hot lamination, you need wait at least 4-8min. of preheating after the power swtich lights on, then the laminator temerature will reach the right level, you can insert the items to be laminated into the machine. When it comes out, the items will be laminated perfectly with smoothly.

   For cold lamination, you needn't wait the preheating time but you should select the special cold laminating pouch. When you turn the power light, the Red LED will be on, then you can insert the items to be laminated together the cold pouch into the laminator directly. When it comes out, the lamination will be smoothly soon.

5. Does any approvals for Cebeor laminators?

   All Ceboer laminators have GS/CE/ROHS/EMC/JET/UL apprvoal and have patents.

B. Paper shredder FAQ

1. Why you need a shredder ?

   There are so many identify theft, credit card theft, commercial spy and other dangerous plagues in modern society. Paper shredders shredd your sensitive documents and infomation into pieces and unrecongnition. With the paper shredder, you will not warry about your information losing in the wrong hands. So purchase a paper shredder is necessary for your privacy and security, whether you are in office, or in home.

2. What can ceboer shredder shred?

   Ceboer shredder can shred paper, credit cards, clips,staples and CD/DVDs. You can select right shredders as per your requirements. And also you can select strip cut shredders or cross cut shredders with shredding capacity of 3 sheets to 12 sheets.

3. How to choose a shredder from ceboer?

   There are many kinds of shredders for your choice from Ceboer. For personal use, you can select 5 sheets to 8 sheets cross cut shredder. If you think the documents are not very important, you can select strip cut one with lower price than cross cut ones. For whole office use, you can select large shredding capacity shredders. That's 10 sheets or more.

4. What is the difference between strip-cut and cross-cut shredding?

   1. contruction is different. 2. Strip-cut ones just shred papers into chips like noodles but cross-cut shredders can shred papers into pieces

5. How to clear jam of ceboer shredder?

   There is a Reverse function in Ceboer Shredders. If you put more paper exceed the shredding capacity, the shredder will be jammed. Then you can remove the switch to Rev. position, the jammed paper will be return out.
